Complimentary Tickets for Juilliard Community Members

Did you know that Juilliard students, faculty, and staff can reserve two complimentary tickets for just about every Juilliard performance all season long, based on availability? Please read on to find out how to claim your free tickets.

Events in the Diamond Building

Complimentary tickets can booked online through Juilliard’s Performance Calendar ( juilliard.edu/calendar) or in person at the Juilliard box office (located on the first floor of the Diamond Building and open Tuesday–Friday, 11am–5pm, and beginning 1.5 hours before events).

To reserve tickets online, you must have an online account for Juilliard’s ticketing system. If you’re a new student or a staff or faculty member, visit juilliard.edu/account, enter your Juilliard email address, and select “Forget your password? Reset here.” You will receive an email to create a password and can then log in to your ticketing account.

Once you’re ready to reserve your tickets, follow these steps:

  1. Go to juilliard.edu/calendar and click the account login button on the top right-hand corner
  2. Enter your Juilliard email address and password
  3. Return to the Performance Calendar, choose your event, and select “Get Tickets.” Then choose your seat(s) and select “Checkout.”

Please note that when you select your seats, the full price will appear. Your Juilliard complimentary ticket benefit and waived $4 ticket handling fee will be applied later in the checkout process. If you’re being prompted to enter payment information and your Juilliard benefit is still not reflected, let us know at boxoffice@juilliard.edu.

For additional help with your account and reserving tickets, watch our how-to video.

Your tickets will be emailed to you from boxoffice@juilliard.edu with a subject line that reads “Your E-Tickets Are Ready!” You can also log in to your ticket account at juilliard.edu/account and select “E-Tickets” to download.
